The house looked perfect for the showings because of her hard work. Perhaps a sign of the market, we had a lot of demand and preemptive bids which makes balancing the sale against a broader marketing process difficult. Sally guided both the potential buyers and me through this process and, despite a very quick process, maximized our result.
