I really could not participate in much of the prep work because of work so Janet took the lead and got everything ready to show, including managing multiple vendors and tight timelines. The house looked perfect for the showings because of her hard work. Perhaps a sign of the market, we had a lot of demand and preemptive bids which makes balancing the sale against a broader marketing process difficult. Janet guided both the potential buyers and me through this process and, despite a very quick process, maximized our result. She then sheap-herded the buyers through the escroperiod in a very efficient manner to close on time without any hiccups.
